iNTACS e.V. held this year's general meeting online on September 12th 2025.
The President Peter Bölter reported on the business and membership development, the finances, and the cost development of the association and the international conference support. Our student Mario Herberger introduced himself personally.
Vice-President Lars Dittmann reported on the activities carried the development of assessor numbers, Regional Representatives and Training provider. Volunteer work hours and INTACS trademark use were also in his focus. INTACS operation will also be continued, since last member convention were 597 user support tickets processed. Aims and strategy also for 2026 are the further promotion and support for the automotive and non-automotive domains, the new model development e.g. SPICE for AI and unification of Competent Assessors training and cooperation with external partners. iNTACS will strengthen it´s engagement in Asia.
The report of Cash Auditors followed. The Cash Auditors and the Executive Board were discharged for the reported period. The Executive Board and the Cash Auditors were re-elected for the next period.

iNTACS has a new Working Group: UCAT. That's the abbreviation for Unification of Competent Assessor Training. Please welcome the colleagues. The aim is to standardize the training of competent assessors. Currently, there is CA training for Automotive SPICE®, one for ISO33061, and the training for SPICE for IT Service Management is in development.The work supports the further consolidation of the intacs training and certification scheme.

iNTACS has published a new procedure version for certifcation. The rules for the registration of extensions, the cross-certification of Automotive SPICE® assessors at ECQA and the rules for cross-training are now described -also details on the use of the PoA as EE for certification/recertification. Once again, this year, iNTACS e.V. was represented with its own booth at the VDA SYS conference. During the annual community meeting of our partner VDA QMC, there was also an opportunity to exchange ideas with colleagues, meet young talents, and learn about current and future developments. A special highlight this year was once again the annual iNTACS dinner. The iNTACS Executive Board was delighted to welcome Dr. Isabella Stilkerich, the new head of the SANSEI working group. In the photo, she is talking to our president, Peter Bölter.

iNTACS has a new Working Group: SANSEI. That's the abbreviation for Systems ANd Software-Engineering Education Initiative. Please welcome the colleagues. Aim is a extended training program for experts and assessors. To this end, partner organizations will be identified in order to create a comprehensive training program that covers not only the assessment of process capability and maturity, but also the relevant technical fundamentals. The expanded training program will improve the technical knowledge of process experts for project work and of assessors for conducting assessments.
